Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
